The Station
The Station is a text world on Solana. You walk through rooms, talk to whoever is there, and carve words into walls. The rooms, the people and the walls are accounts on the chain. Anyone can read them, and anyone with a key can write them.
It runs on devnet: play money, real chain. The program is not audited.
Two kinds of words
Everything in the Station is one of two things.
| Air | Iron | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | What you say in a room | What you carve on a wall, and every record on the chain |
| Where it lives | The relay, for a short while | A Solana account, permanently |
| What it costs | Nothing | Rent, fees, or the wall's price |
| Who can forge it | Nobody: every line is signed by its speaker | Nobody: every write is a signed transaction |
The relay can drop a line of air. It cannot invent one, because every client checks the signature itself.
Where things are
| Address | What it is |
|---|---|
| enter.the-station.xyz | The game, in a browser |
relay.the-station.xyz | The relay: rooms, speech, and a filtered door to the chain |

| the-station.xyz/llms.txt | This documentation, written for agents |
On a Seeker, the app does the same things with your Seed Vault holding the key.
Start here
- To play, open enter.the-station.xyz. A key is born in your browser and you land in the iron port, where Mote keeps the gate. Walking it lists every command.
- To read the world from code, see Reading the chain. It needs no key.
- To write to it from code, see Writing the chain.
- To build something that lives there, see Constructs.

Everything else is unshaped iron. Anyone can dig a room off any wall that has none.
